Our maintenance service covers four areas: corrective maintenance to fix bugs, adaptive maintenance to keep your app compatible with new OS versions and devices, perfective maintenance to improve performance and usability, and preventive maintenance to address technical debt before it causes problems.

Concretely, this means we fix crash-causing bugs within 24 hours, update your app for new iOS and Android releases before they ship to consumers, patch security vulnerabilities in dependencies as soon as advisories are published, and optimize slow screens or API calls as your data volume grows.

We do not wait for users to report problems. Our monitoring infrastructure tracks crash rates, ANR rates, API response times, error rates, and user-reported issues in real time. Automated alerts notify our engineering team when any metric crosses its threshold, and we investigate and resolve issues before they affect a significant portion of your user base.

Monthly maintenance reports summarize what happened, what we fixed, what we updated, and what we recommend for the coming month. You have full visibility into the health of your application without needing to manage the engineering work yourself.

We also monitor your app's store ratings and reviews, flagging negative feedback that indicates technical issues so we can address them proactively rather than letting a one-star review trend develop.

Modern apps depend on dozens of third-party libraries, and each one is a potential security vulnerability. We track CVE advisories for every dependency in your project and apply patches within 48 hours of disclosure for critical vulnerabilities. Non-critical updates are batched into monthly maintenance releases to minimize disruption.

We also handle major framework upgrades — React Native version bumps, Flutter channel updates, iOS SDK migrations, and Android API level requirements. These upgrades can be disruptive if handled poorly, so we create dedicated branches, run full regression suites, and roll out gradually to catch issues early.

We offer three maintenance tiers. The Essential plan includes crash monitoring, critical bug fixes, and OS compatibility updates — everything your app needs to stay functional. The Professional plan adds performance optimization, dependency management, and monthly reporting. The Enterprise plan includes all of the above plus a dedicated engineer, priority response times, and proactive feature recommendations based on usage analytics.

All plans include access to our ticketing system for issue reporting, a private Slack channel for communication, and quarterly review meetings to discuss your app's health and roadmap. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.
