From Idea to Architecture
Every SaaS starts with a problem worth solving. We begin by understanding your target customer, the workflow you want to improve, and how you plan to monetize the solution. From there we translate business requirements into a technical architecture: which database to use, how to handle authentication, how to structure the API, and how to isolate tenant data.
This architecture phase typically takes one week and produces a document you can share with advisors, investors, or your internal team. It serves as the blueprint for development and prevents the costly rework that happens when teams start coding without a plan.
We also identify third-party services that save development time — payment processors, email providers, analytics platforms — and integrate them into the architecture so you build only what is truly custom to your product.
Development Sprints with Visible Progress
We work in two-week sprints with a deployable increment at the end of each one. After the first sprint you will have user registration, authentication, and the skeleton of your core feature running on a real server with a real domain. Progress is visible and tangible from day one.
Each sprint adds another layer of functionality: the core workflow, billing integration, email notifications, admin dashboards, reporting, and so on. You prioritize the backlog, and we execute. If market feedback changes your priorities mid-project, we pivot without drama.
Launch Day and Beyond
Launch day is carefully orchestrated. We run final load tests, verify backup and restore procedures, configure uptime monitoring, set up error alerting, and perform a security checklist review. DNS is pointed to production, SSL certificates are provisioned, and your SaaS is live.
We stay on call for the first two weeks after launch to handle any issues that arise with real-world traffic. Most launches are uneventful — because we prepare thoroughly — but having your development team on standby eliminates anxiety.
After stabilization, you choose your path: continue building features with us on a retainer, bring development in-house with our help during the transition, or pause development and let the product generate revenue while you plan the next phase.
