What Gets Migrated
We handle the full stack: EC2 instances become Compute Engine VMs, S3 buckets move to Cloud Storage, RDS databases migrate to Cloud SQL, and IAM policies get translated to GCP's IAM model. Load balancers, DNS, and SSL certificates are all included.
Our Migration Process
We start with a resource audit of your AWS account, mapping every service to its GCP equivalent. Then we build the target infrastructure using Terraform, migrate data in parallel, run validation tests, and perform a coordinated cutover. Rollback plans are always ready.
Zero-Downtime Cutover
Using DNS-based traffic shifting and database replication, we migrate production workloads without interrupting your users. We monitor both environments during the transition period and only decommission the old infrastructure after full validation.
