Three things moved this month and they matter if you are choosing a provider now.
Amsterdam capacity came online. We opened a new Netherlands node in Amsterdam running NVMe storage on a 1 Gbps high-speed uplink. This is a privacy-first location, not a DMCA-ignored one - Dutch law applies and we are straightforward about that. If your requirement is takedown resistance rather than raw network quality, Moldova remains the correct choice on our network. If you want European backbone latency with no KYC and crypto billing, Amsterdam is now the strongest option we operate.
Romania is temporarily out of stock. Our Romanian capacity filled up and we stopped taking new orders there rather than overselling a node that cannot deliver. Existing Romanian customers are unaffected. We would rather show an honest out-of-stock label than take money for a server we cannot provision well. New Romanian capacity is being planned.
Moldova is the current offshore workhorse. Outside the EU, good CIS latency, DMCA-resistant in practice, and with capacity available today.
