Bitcoin Ord Node Hosting (Ordinals)
Ord is the reference indexer for Bitcoin ordinals and inscriptions, tracking satoshi-level ownership and content. The index is storage-heavy and benefits significantly from NVMe IO. AnubizHost hosts Ord nodes on tuned NVMe hardware from $140/mo plus optional storage upgrade.

Ord Reality
The ord indexer requires an archival Bitcoin Core underneath and builds its own index of every satoshi and inscription on-chain. Storage requirements have grown significantly with inscription adoption. Plan 500GB+ on top of Bitcoin Core for serious ord operation in 2026.
Hardware Match
NVMe is mandatory; the index is heavily random-IO bound. Our 2TB upgrade is recommended for ord operators. 16GB RAM minimum, 32GB recommended for snappy queries.
Operational Notes
Ordinals indexing is controversial in the Bitcoin community. AnubizHost takes no position; if you want to run ord, we host it. Our infrastructure is policy-neutral.
