What No-ID Bitcoin Hosting Actually Means
When AnubizHost says no ID required, we mean it literally. You create an account with only an email address. You select a VPS plan. You pay with Bitcoin. Your server is provisioned automatically after on-chain confirmation. At no point in this process are you asked for a passport scan, a government ID photo, a phone number for SMS verification, a selfie, or any other form of identity documentation. The phrase "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer, and our policy is that we do not need to know who you are to provide you with infrastructure.
This is different from providers who claim no-KYC but then require a credit card (which is inherently identity-linked) or request email verification tied to a phone number. Our Bitcoin payment flow uses a dedicated crypto payment processor that accepts on-chain BTC, confirms receipt, and triggers provisioning without any human review of who sent the payment. The only thing we track is your account balance and service status.
Email addresses are required because that is how we deliver your server credentials and renewal invoices. You are free to use a disposable or privacy-focused email service. ProtonMail, Tutanota, and SimpleLogin are all compatible with our registration flow. We do not require email verification via SMS, and we do not cross-reference your email against identity databases.
The practical result is that your hosting account is pseudonymous. We know an account exists at your email address, and that account has paid for a server. We do not know your real name, location, or identity. If you use a privacy-preserving email service, a VPN or Tor for account registration, and Bitcoin for payment, the linkage between your real-world identity and your hosting account is minimal.
How Bitcoin Payment Triggers Automatic Provisioning
The provisioning pipeline at AnubizHost is fully automated for Bitcoin payments. When you complete checkout, you receive a payment address and an invoice amount denominated in BTC at the current spot rate. The invoice is valid for 30 minutes to protect against rate movement. Send BTC to the provided address within that window.
Our payment processor monitors the Bitcoin network for incoming transactions to that address. Once your transaction is broadcast and receives one confirmation (approximately 10 minutes on average, sometimes faster), the invoice is marked paid and the provisioning system receives a trigger. A KVM virtual machine is created with the resources you ordered, an IPv4 address is allocated, a Linux OS is installed from your selected template, and SSH credentials are generated and emailed to your account address. The entire automated process from payment confirmation to credential delivery takes under five minutes in most cases.
If the Bitcoin network is congested and confirmation is slow, your invoice will not expire as long as the transaction is already broadcast and visible in the mempool. Contact support with your transaction ID if you are concerned about a delay, and we will manually monitor confirmation status. We have processed thousands of Bitcoin payments and have not encountered a legitimate transaction that failed to confirm eventually.
Renewing your server each month follows the same flow. You receive an invoice 72 hours before expiry, pay in BTC, and renewal is confirmed automatically. You can also prepay six or twelve months in advance if you want to reduce the monthly payment overhead. Prepaid accounts receive a 5% discount on all plans.
Bitcoin Privacy Tips for Hosting Purchases
Bitcoin's public blockchain means your payment is traceable if the coins you spend are linked to your identity through a KYC exchange. If you purchased BTC through Coinbase, Binance, or any other regulated exchange that required ID verification, those coins carry a linkage from your identity to the on-chain address. Spending those coins directly on hosting without any intermediate steps may allow an observer to connect your identity to your server purchase.
To improve payment privacy, consider coinjoining your BTC before spending it on infrastructure. Wasabi Wallet and Joinmarket are the two most widely used Bitcoin coinjoin tools. Both allow you to mix your BTC with coins from other participants in a trustless way, breaking the tracing chain between your exchange deposit and the output you spend on hosting. After a coinjoin round, the resulting UTXOs have a much weaker link to your original coins.
Alternatively, if financial privacy is a priority, consider converting a portion of your BTC to Monero (XMR) before purchasing hosting. We accept Monero as well, and Monero's privacy properties are stronger than Bitcoin even after coinjoin. The combination of atomic swap BTC-to-XMR plus Monero payment to our infrastructure creates a chain break that is extremely difficult to trace.
Regardless of the coins you use, we recommend registering your hosting account over Tor or a VPN to avoid linking your server's IP address to your home IP during account creation. The Tor Browser Bundle is the easiest way to do this without setting up a full VPN subscription.
No-KYC Offshore VPS Use Cases
The demand for Bitcoin VPS hosting with no ID requirements comes from a wide range of legitimate operators. Privacy researchers who study surveillance technologies need infrastructure that is not subject to the same jurisdictional reach as the institutions they are studying. Investigative journalists and whistleblower platforms require hosting that does not expose their operators to retaliation through account subpoenas. Developers building privacy-preserving tools such as VPN servers, Tor relays, and encrypted communication platforms need infrastructure that practices the same values as the software they ship.
Businesses operating in sectors that face disproportionate scrutiny from payment processors and mainstream hosting companies also rely on anonymous crypto hosting. Adult content creators, online gaming operators, supplement and nutrition vendors, and political advocacy groups have all historically faced sudden account termination from US-based cloud providers acting on policy changes or advertiser pressure. Offshore infrastructure paid with crypto is not subject to these platform-level risks.
Cryptocurrency operators themselves are among our most technically sophisticated customers. Running a full Bitcoin node, a Monero node, or a Lightning Network routing node requires infrastructure that can handle the bandwidth and storage demands of the blockchain. We offer dedicated products for this use case: Bitcoin Full Node at $140/mo and Monero Full Node at $140/mo, both provisioned on dedicated hardware with the storage and bandwidth headroom required for full node operation.
Whatever your use case, the combination of Bitcoin payment, no-KYC registration, and offshore infrastructure gives you a hosting arrangement that is resilient to the types of disruption that take down services hosted on mainstream providers. Plans start at $17.90/mo for Romania VPS with no minimum commitment.
