What Logs Are Generated
Standard server infrastructure generates: network flow logs at the data center level (connection tuples, bytes, timestamps), server OS logs (SSH login attempts, system events), and application logs from software you run. We control the data center level logs; your OS and application logs are entirely under your control. We don't access, aggregate, or analyze your OS or application logs.
Log Retention and Deletion
Data center-level connection logs are retained for 30 days for abuse investigation purposes, then purged automatically. We don't maintain indefinite log archives. If an abuse complaint arrives after 30 days for an incident that generated no other record, we have nothing to provide even under a court order.
