Our review process combines three sources: structured user surveys from verified offshore hosting customers, our own hands-on testing of each provider, and public feedback from hosting forums and communities. We cross-reference these sources to identify consistent themes and filter out fake reviews - both positive and negative.
Each provider is evaluated on uptime, speed, support quality, privacy practices, and value for money. We weight these criteria equally in our overall rating because offshore hosting customers need all five to be strong. A host with great performance but poor privacy practices, or excellent privacy but terrible uptime, fails at its fundamental purpose.
We re-evaluate providers annually and update our reviews to reflect current performance. A provider that was excellent two years ago may have deteriorated, and a newer entrant may have improved significantly. Our 2026 reviews reflect the current state of each provider based on the most recent 12 months of data.
