FreePBX 17's WebRTC client (UCP) supports current Chrome and Firefox. WSS certificate is provisioned with Let's Encrypt by our installer. Mobile SIP clients (Zoiper, Linphone, Bria) connect over TLS+SRTP on port 5061 with no special configuration.
For chrome-driven kiosk or web-app deployments, the DTLS-SRTP handshake works out of the box on current Chrome with the standard cert.
If you have an existing FreePBX on a cloud provider or in-house, the Backup and Restore module produces a portable archive. We restore on our VPS, then you DNS-swap the SIP signalling. For PJSIP-only configs the restore is clean. For chan_sip legacy configs you need to convert to PJSIP first (FreePBX 17 does not support chan_sip).
