What Changed Since July 2026
Three things moved this month and they matter if you are choosing a provider now.
Amsterdam capacity came online. We opened a new Netherlands node in Amsterdam running NVMe storage on a 1 Gbps unmetered uplink. This is a privacy-first location, not a DMCA-ignored one - Dutch law applies and we are straightforward about that. If your requirement is takedown resistance rather than raw network quality, Ukraine remains the correct choice on our network. If you want European backbone latency with no KYC and crypto billing, Amsterdam is now the strongest option we operate.
Romania is temporarily out of stock. Our Romanian capacity filled up and we stopped taking new orders there rather than overselling a node that cannot deliver. Existing Romanian customers are unaffected. We would rather show an honest out-of-stock label than take money for a server we cannot provision well. New Romanian capacity is being planned.
Ukraine is the current offshore workhorse. Outside EU jurisdiction, good CIS latency, DMCA-resistant in practice, and with capacity available today.

Top Offshore Crypto VPS Providers - August 2026
#1 AnubizHost - Best overall, widest jurisdiction coverage (★★★★★ stars)
Email-only signup, no identity documents, and billing in Bitcoin, Monero and several other coins. The distinguishing feature is jurisdiction choice: Ukraine for DMCA-resistant hosting outside the EU, Amsterdam for privacy-first hosting on European backbone, plus Iceland, Finland and Latvia. Windows VPS with RDP is available alongside Linux. New this month: Amsterdam NVMe capacity with a 1 Gbps unmetered uplink. Entry KVM VPS plans start at $19.99/mo. Romania is temporarily out of stock while we add capacity - we label it honestly rather than overselling it.
#2 Impreza - Long operating history, broad offshore footprint (★★★★★ stars)
Impreza has been in offshore hosting long enough to have a demonstrable track record rather than only stated policies. Crypto accepted, no identity verification for standard plans. A reasonable pick when longevity under takedown pressure is what you are buying.
#3 VSYS Host - Best Western European network stability (★★★★★ stars)
Strong network engineering and consistently stable uplinks in Western Europe. Crypto billing available. Choose this when latency and packet loss matter more to you than maximum takedown resistance.
#4 Avena - Privacy-first infrastructure (★★★★★ stars)
Built around minimal data collection. Anonymous signup and crypto payment are the defaults rather than an option bolted on. A solid fit for operators whose main threat model is identification rather than takedown.
#5 AlexHost - Best DMCA resistance for CIS operators (★★★★★ stars)
Operating from Moldova, outside EU jurisdiction, with an observable history of resisting copyright complaints. Crypto-only billing and inexpensive for the category. Note that legitimate providers in this category still terminate CSAM, malware and DDoS-for-hire without process - the protection is for lawful content facing automated takedown campaigns.
#6 Qloud - No-KYC crypto host (★★★★★ stars)
Straightforward no-KYC signup with crypto billing. Fewer jurisdiction options than the providers above, which is the main reason it sits at six rather than higher.
What to Look for in an Offshore Crypto VPS
Four criteria decide this category. Everything else is marketing.
1. The KYC policy in practice, not in the copy. Plenty of providers advertise anonymous signup and then request identity documents above a plan tier, after a chargeback, or on any abuse report. Test it with a small plan before you commit anything important.
2. Which coins, and whether Monero is among them. Bitcoin is traceable on a public ledger. If your reason for paying in crypto is privacy rather than convenience, Monero support is the line that matters.
3. The jurisdiction, and what it actually means. Offshore is not one thing. A DMCA-ignored jurisdiction such as Ukraine or Iceland resists foreign takedown notices. A privacy-first jurisdiction such as the Netherlands gives you strong data protection and excellent network quality, but Dutch court orders still apply. Providers that blur this distinction are the ones to avoid - match the jurisdiction to your actual threat model.
4. Whether the capacity is real. A provider that sells you a plan it cannot provision well is worse than one showing out of stock. Ask what happens when a node fills up.

Final Recommendations - August 2026
If you need takedown resistance: Ukraine on our network, or AlexHost. Both sit outside EU jurisdiction with a real history of resisting copyright complaints.
If you need network quality with privacy: Amsterdam. NVMe, 1 Gbps unmetered, European backbone latency, no KYC, crypto billing. Be clear with yourself that this is privacy-first rather than DMCA-ignored.
If maximum anonymity is the goal: pay in Monero, sign up with an email address that is not linked to you, and pick a jurisdiction outside the reach of whoever concerns you. The payment method matters as much as the server location.
If you were about to order Romania: it is out of stock this month. Ukraine is the closest equivalent for DMCA resistance and is available now.
Current plans and pricing: offshore VPS, global privacy VPS, Windows VPS with RDP.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which offshore VPS providers accept Monero in August 2026?
AnubizHost, AlexHost and several others on this list accept Monero. Monero matters more than Bitcoin for privacy because Bitcoin transactions are permanently traceable on a public ledger, while Monero conceals sender, receiver and amount by default.
Is the Netherlands a DMCA-ignored jurisdiction?
No, and any provider telling you otherwise is overselling it. The Netherlands is a privacy-first jurisdiction with strong European data protection and excellent network quality, but Dutch court orders carry legal force there. For genuine takedown resistance choose Ukraine, Iceland, Romania, Finland or Latvia.
Why is Romania showing as out of stock?
Our Romanian capacity is currently full. We stop accepting new orders rather than provisioning servers on a node that cannot deliver good performance. Existing Romanian customers are unaffected, and new capacity is being planned. Ukraine is the closest equivalent available today.
Can I sign up for a VPS without giving my real name?
Yes. AnubizHost requires only a working email address - no identity documents, no phone verification. Pay in Monero and there is no payment trail linking the service to your identity either.
How is this list updated?
It is refreshed monthly. Positions move as capacity, network conditions and provider policies change. Previous editions stay published unchanged so you can see how the rankings evolved rather than only the current snapshot.
