A typical bot farm has three layers. Layer 1 is the per-account environment - a Docker container or LXC instance with a unique browser fingerprint, cookie jar, and proxy chain. Layer 2 is orchestration - a control plane that starts, stops, and supervises bot containers based on a schedule or queue. Layer 3 is reporting - dashboards and metrics on what each bot did. All three run on our VPS, often on the same physical box for small operations.

For larger operations we recommend splitting the layers across VPS nodes. One control-plane VPS (8GB RAM) runs orchestration logic, Redis queue, and Postgres analytics. Several worker VPS (16 to 32GB RAM each) run the actual bot containers - 20 to 50 per VPS depending on workload weight. Communication via private WireGuard mesh keeps the orchestration traffic off the public internet.

Most bot farms cannot share a single datacenter IP across all accounts - target platforms detect the pattern and ban the cluster. The standard solution is per-account residential proxy assignment - each bot gets its own exit IP from a residential pool. Our VPS supports this pattern natively. SOCKS5, HTTPS, and Shadowsocks outbound to any residential proxy provider works without firewall surprises.

For VPS users who prefer datacenter IP diversity over residential, we can provision additional dedicated IPv4 addresses (typically 1 to 8 per VPS, more on dedicated servers). Each bot binds to its own IP. This works for some target platforms that do not aggressively flag datacenter ranges, though for high-value targets like Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok residential is usually required.

We do not blanket-ban bot farms. Many legitimate use cases exist - ad verification, market research, brand monitoring, automated content moderation, public-data aggregation. We do prohibit specific illegal activity (account takeover, fraud, CSAM, malware C2). Within those boundaries you operate with confidence. Our offshore jurisdictions in Iceland, Romania, and Finland do not auto-forward target-site complaints without legal basis.
