Why Anti-Detect Browsers Need Dedicated VPS Resources
Anti-detect browsers spawn one Chromium process per profile, each with its own user-data-dir, fingerprint config, and proxy connection. A typical Multilogin or Dolphin Anty instance running 10 active profiles consumes 4 to 8GB of RAM and stresses the CPU for the duration of each session. Running this on your laptop kills battery and forces you to keep the machine awake 24/7. A dedicated VPS solves both problems.

Most anti-detect operators access their VPS via RDP (if running Windows) or VNC/NoMachine (if running Linux). Multilogin and Dolphin Anty both have native Windows and Linux builds. For Linux we recommend XFCE plus x11vnc or TigerVNC for a lightweight desktop - leaves more RAM for browsers. For Windows we provision Windows Server 2022 with RDP enabled on a non-standard port and fail2ban-equivalent (DenyHosts on Linux, RDP brute force protection on Windows).
Some anti-detect users run fully headless via Multilogin API or Dolphin API, controlling profiles programmatically from a script.
