Most captcha solver services (2Captcha, Anti-Captcha, CapSolver, CapMonster Cloud) expose REST APIs. Your scraper or bot encounters a captcha, submits the challenge to the solver API, polls for the answer, and feeds it back to the target site. The orchestration layer (your scraper or bot) is where the heavy work happens - it needs reliable outbound network, low latency to the solver API, and persistent state to track in-flight challenges.

Our VPS is ideal for this orchestration layer. Outbound to 2captcha.com, anti-captcha.com, capsolver.com, and similar API endpoints is unrestricted. Latency from our European datacenters to these services is typically 30 to 80ms - well within the budget for solver polling loops. Redis for in-flight challenge tracking, PostgreSQL for solver usage analytics, and Prometheus for cost monitoring all run on the same box.

For higher volume or privacy-sensitive operations you can self-host captcha solving via CapMonster Server (paid software, runs locally) or open-source ML models. CapMonster Server handles image captchas, reCAPTCHA v2 token harvesting, and hCaptcha on your own hardware - no per-solve fees once you own the license. Requires GPU for vision models, so works best on our dedicated server tier with NVIDIA acceleration.

Open-source alternatives like buster/captcha-solver (CV2-based), keras-ocr trained on captcha datasets, or YOLOv8 fine-tuned on text captchas all run on Linux VPS with sufficient RAM. Performance is captcha-type-specific - simple image captchas (4 to 6 character distorted text) hit 80 to 95 percent accuracy. ReCAPTCHA v2 and hCaptcha are much harder and usually warrant a commercial solver service anyway.

Captcha solver integration is a sensitive automation pattern. Many cloud providers will suspend your account if they detect heavy outbound traffic to known solver API endpoints. AnubizHost has no such policy - solver integration is explicitly permitted as long as your downstream use case is legal. Outbound traffic is unrestricted, IPs are clean, and we do not forward target-site complaints without legal basis.
