Fully Managed Offshore Dedicated Servers
Running a bare-metal server in an offshore jurisdiction is a great plan until a kernel CVE drops at 3 AM or the RAID controller flags a drive. AnubizHost's managed offshore dedicated servers let you keep the privacy and performance benefits of bare metal while handing the babysitting work to our engineers. We handle OS patching, kernel updates, monitoring, daily offsite backups, firewall tuning, and hardware replacement — you focus on your application. Managed plans start at $129/mo and include unlimited monitoring checks, emergency response within 15 minutes for critical incidents, and quarterly security reviews. DMCA-ignored jurisdictions, crypto billing, and no KYC are fully preserved.

What Managed Service Actually Covers
The word managed means different things at different hosting providers, so it helps to be specific. AnubizHost's managed offshore dedicated server includes OS installation and initial hardening, package and kernel patching on a monthly cadence, critical CVE emergency patching out-of-band, proactive monitoring of CPU, RAM, disk, and key service ports, automated daily backups with 14-day retention, firewall and fail2ban configuration, SSH hardening with key-only access, and log review for anomalies.
On top of the baseline, we cover unlimited configuration tickets for common workloads: Nginx and Apache tuning, TLS certificate installation and renewal, MySQL/PostgreSQL configuration tuning, PHP-FPM pool sizing, Docker engine installation, Redis and memcached configuration, and standard backup/restore tasks. Anything reproducible with Ansible or a well-understood playbook is in scope.
What is not in scope: writing your application code, operating custom proprietary stacks without documentation, and doing open-ended development work. If your stack needs deep DevOps engagement, our sister team at Anubiz Labs handles custom DevOps contracts separately.
Every managed server gets a quarterly security review — we audit installed packages against known CVEs, review SSH logs, verify firewall posture, test backup restores, and deliver a written report with recommendations. This is the kind of operational hygiene most teams intend to do and never quite get around to.
Monitoring and Incident Response
Monitoring is driven by our in-house observability stack running Prometheus and Alertmanager, with synthetic HTTP/TCP checks from four geographic regions. Every managed server is monitored for CPU saturation, load average, memory pressure, disk IO saturation, disk space, filesystem errors, SMART status, network throughput anomalies, and up to 20 service-level checks (HTTP endpoints, database ports, queue depths, TLS expiry).
When an alert fires, it hits our 24/7 on-call rotation. Critical incidents — site down, database crash, RAID degraded — get acknowledged inside 15 minutes and investigated immediately. Warning-level alerts (high load, slow queries) get triaged the next business day unless you escalate. We maintain runbooks for every managed customer so the on-call engineer has context about your stack before they SSH in.
Customers get read-only access to a Grafana dashboard showing all metrics, alert history, and SLA compliance. If you prefer notifications to your own channels, we integrate with Slack, Discord, Telegram, email, and generic webhooks so your team is in the loop alongside our engineers.
All incident tickets are documented with timeline, root cause, and remediation steps, so there is a permanent record you can reference during post-mortems, compliance audits, or when evaluating whether a pattern of issues needs architectural change.
Managed Plan Pricing
Managed pricing is layered on top of our standard dedicated server plans. The managed add-on costs $40/mo on the $89/mo Starter plan, bringing the all-in to $129/mo. The Performance tier is $129/mo base + $50 managed = $179/mo. The Enterprise tier is $199/mo base + $70 managed = $269/mo and includes the quarterly security review plus a named engineer for your account.
| Plan | Base | Managed Add-on | Total | What's Included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Managed Starter | $89/mo | $40/mo | $129/mo | Patching, monitoring, backups, 24/7 on-call |
| Managed Performance | $129/mo | $50/mo | $179/mo | Above + unlimited config tickets, Slack integration |
| Managed Enterprise | $199/mo | $70/mo | $269/mo | Above + quarterly security review, named engineer |
Annual billing knocks 10 to 15% off the total. Every managed plan includes daily offsite backups with 14-day retention — we store encrypted backups in a different jurisdiction from the live server, so you have geographic redundancy baked in.
If you only need managed service temporarily (migration, audit, recovery from a previous host), we offer 30-day and 90-day managed engagements at the same rates without long-term commitment. Cryptocurrency payments are accepted at every tier.
Onboarding and Delivery
Managed server onboarding takes one to three business days. On day zero we provision the hardware and deliver SSH credentials. On day one our engineers perform initial hardening: SSH key-only authentication, fail2ban, UFW or firewalld profile, unattended-upgrades, and audit log configuration. On day two we install your stack (web server, database, application runtime) based on the questionnaire you completed at signup. By day three the server is in our monitoring, backup schedule, and on-call rotation.
If you are migrating from another host, we handle the migration as part of onboarding at no extra charge for straightforward Linux workloads. Our engineers sync files, dump and restore databases, test the staging environment, and coordinate the cutover window with you. Complex migrations (heterogeneous storage, custom hypervisors, or legacy Windows deployments) are quoted separately but still handled by the same team.
Post-onboarding, you get access to your account manager on Telegram, email, and the ticketing system. Response times during business hours are typically under 15 minutes; overnight non-urgent tickets are handled by the next-day shift.
Why AnubizHost for Managed Hosting
Most managed hosting providers operate from the US or Western Europe, which means your data and your support calls traverse jurisdictions with aggressive surveillance and content-removal regimes. AnubizHost's managed service runs entirely inside privacy-friendly offshore facilities, and our support engineers operate under the same minimal-retention policy as the infrastructure itself: tickets are retained only as long as they are useful, and we do not share customer data with third parties.
We combine this with practical operational excellence: real runbooks, real SLAs, and engineers who actually know the systems they manage. Our team size is small enough that you will get the same engineer across multiple tickets rather than an anonymous rotating queue. For teams that previously ran their own ops and are tired of the 3 AM pages, managed offshore is the right trade — you keep control, you keep offshore protections, and you offload the uninteresting work.
Billing is flexible (monthly, quarterly, annual), fully crypto-friendly, and we do not require KYC for managed customers beyond a valid email address. If your organization has invoicing requirements, we can issue compliant invoices with your company details. For teams moving from shared hosting or unmanaged VPS setups, this is a genuine upgrade in both capability and peace of mind.
