Romania VPS - No ID Required

This is a system design fact, not a policy promise. Our account system has no form field, no upload widget, and no backend endpoint for document submission. There is literally no way to submit ID to us even if you wanted to. This means there is no pathway by which staff can request or receive your documents under any circumstance.

Some offshore providers claim no KYC but reserve the right to request documents 'for compliance or abuse investigation'. This conditional KYC is operationally equivalent to KYC - you just don't know when the trigger fires. Our policy is unconditional: we never ask, because the system can't receive it. Romania jurisdiction reinforces this: we can't be compelled to collect identity without a Romanian court order, which itself requires demonstrating a specific legal need under Romanian law.

The complete list of what you need to provision a Romania VPS:

1. An email address (any - disposable works)
2. Enough crypto to cover the monthly fee (BTC, XMR, or USDT TRC-20)

That is the complete list. Two items. No documents, no phone, no credit history, no address, no legal name.
