IONOS shared hosting (e.g. Web Hosting Plus) needs a different migration path - typically export site files via FTP and database via the phpMyAdmin export, then import to a freshly installed LEMP stack on AnubizHost VPS.

Order an offshore VPS matching the IONOS spec. SSH in, install packages, replicate firewall rules. For shared hosting migrations, you'll be building the LAMP/LEMP stack from scratch on the target - install Apache or nginx, PHP, MariaDB, then deploy your files.
