New email sending IPs require a warmup period - gradually increasing sending volume to establish reputation with ISPs. Our Romania VPS provides clean /24 IP blocks that haven't been burned by previous tenants. PTR (rDNS) records are configurable. SPF/DKIM authentication setup is your responsibility (we provide the server and IP; DNS records are on your domain). IP Warmup Protocol
Standard IP warmup schedule: Day 1-3: 50 emails/day to engaged subscribers only. Day 4-7: 200 emails/day. Week 2: 1,000 emails/day. Week 3: 5,000 emails/day. Week 4: 20,000 emails/day. Month 2+: scale as reputation allows. Monitor: Google Postmaster Tools (domain and IP reputation), Microsoft SNDS (Hotmail/Outlook reputation), MXToolbox blacklist monitoring. Clean up any blacklist listings immediately - most are automated and delisted quickly with a simple request if your sending practices are legitimate.
