Our account system is built on data minimization principles. Fields we don't have in our database: full name, physical address, phone number, date of birth, nationality, government ID number, biometric data. We store: email, hashed password, plan details, payment transaction references, and server credentials. That is the full account record.
GDPR Alignment
Romania is an EU member state subject to GDPR. Our data minimization approach aligns with GDPR Article 5 (data minimization principle) and Article 25 (privacy by design). We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service and no more. A GDPR data subject access request from one of our customers returns a small, non-sensitive dataset because that is all we hold.
