Tor Exit Node VPS Hosting with Tolerant Abuse Policy

Running an exit relay means complaint mail. Reduced exit policies that block common abuse ports such as 25, 465, and 587 cut the volume dramatically while still serving the vast majority of legitimate Tor users. AnubizHost staff is familiar with Tor exit fingerprints and the standard EFF talking points. We do not panic, do not freeze accounts, and do not demand operator identity at the first complaint.

Operators are expected to publish ContactInfo, a meaningful exit policy, and a reverse DNS that identifies the IP as a Tor exit. We provide rDNS configuration on every exit IP so abuse desks can route their forms to abuse-tor at a published email rather than to our generic queue. Most complaints resolve themselves after the rDNS hint.

Every exit VPS receives a dedicated IPv4 with full rDNS control. We recommend pointing the rDNS to something like tor-exit-NN.your-pseudonym.example so that automated abuse processors and webmasters can identify the traffic as Tor before sending a complaint. Many large platforms route their abuse mail directly into the void when they see a tor-exit prefix.

We can issue additional IPv4 addresses on request so you can run multiple exit instances on the same VPS, each with its own rDNS and exit policy. Operators commonly run two exit relays per box to take advantage of multi core processors without crossing the two relays per IP soft limit in the Tor specification.

Iceland and Romania remain the strongest jurisdictions for exit operators in 2026. Both have functional courts, narrow data retention rules for hosting providers, and no compulsory operator identification for relay traffic. AnubizHost retains no traffic logs and no NetFlow data on exit VPS. We have nothing to disclose because nothing is recorded.

Billing data is decoupled from the relay box. We accept Bitcoin and Monero without KYC, and we do not require a phone number or a verified email. The connection between the bank, the customer, and the exit IP simply does not exist on our side. Operators run exits for years without their real identity ever touching our systems.
