Romania does not have a domestic DMCA equivalent. We do not act on US-style DMCA takedown notices. We do respond to lawful Romanian court orders. Adult content, file sharing and political speech are all permitted within Romanian law. Child sexual abuse material, terrorism and fraud are not.
