Question 1

What payment methods do you accept for the Germany Windows VPS?

Accepted Answer

Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Monero, USDT TRC-20) as the primary path, and Stripe (Visa, Mastercard) for Germany Windows tiers. Crypto is recommended for fastest provisioning and lowest fees.

Question 2

Is KYC or identity verification required?

Accepted Answer

No KYC for crypto payments. Stripe card payments may trigger Stripe's own automated risk checks (3DS, address verification) on the card issuer side. We do not request government ID, passport scans or phone verification for any payment method.

Question 3

How fast is provisioning after payment?

Accepted Answer

Crypto payments provision automatically within 15-30 minutes of blockchain confirmation. Card payments via Stripe provision within 1-2 minutes of payment confirmation. RDP credentials are emailed and shown in your dashboard. Windows licensing is included.

Question 4

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time. Service runs until the end of the current 29-day period and then terminates. There is no minimum contract and no cancellation fee.

Question 5

Are there bandwidth limits?

Accepted Answer

Germany Windows VPS RDP II includes 8 TB per month on a 1 Gbps port. Overage is billed per TB or you can upgrade. Internal traffic between same-location VMs is not metered.

Question 6

What is your DMCA policy for the Germany location?

Accepted Answer

Germany is an EU jurisdiction with active copyright enforcement. We forward valid German legal notices and respond to court orders. For DMCA-sensitive workloads (file sharing, streaming, scraping that touches rights-holders) we recommend the Romania VPS line, which is DMCA-ignored.

Question 7

Are crypto refunds available?

Accepted Answer

Refunds within 48 hours of payment if provisioning fails or the service is materially misrepresented. Crypto refunds go to the originating wallet at the amount sent. After 48 hours or first successful RDP login, no refund is issued; cancel anytime and service runs to period end.
