Why do journalists and activists use offshore hosting?

Journalists and activists use offshore hosting because mainstream cloud providers comply with government removal orders and DMCA notices from any jurisdiction, often without judicial review. Hosting in Romania or Iceland means takedown requests must go through formal court proceedings in those countries - a much higher bar that protects legitimate free-speech content from censorship-by-complaint.

Is offshore hosting legal?

Hosting itself is legal worldwide. What matters is the content you host. Legal content on offshore servers is perfectly legitimate. We recommend reviewing your local laws before hosting any content.

Do you accept cryptocurrency?

Yes. We accept Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Litecoin, and other cryptocurrencies with zero KYC verification required. Payments are processed immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, LTC, etc.) exclusively. No credit cards, PayPal, or traditional payment methods. This ensures maximum privacy for our clients.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. Pricing is transparent and listed on our plans page. You pay only for the resources you use, with no hidden charges.

What locations do you offer?

Primary data center location is Romania, with additional data center presence in Iceland, Ukraine, Netherlands, and Finland. Romania is the primary jurisdiction: Romanian Law 8/1996 does not honour foreign DMCA notices, and only a Romanian court order compels content removal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can scale your resources up or down at any time. Billing is prorated based on your usage and plan changes.

What is your uptime guarantee?

We maintain 99.9% uptime across our infrastructure. Our multi-homed network design and redundant data centers ensure your services stay online.

Supported IPTV Panels

Our servers are tested and optimized for all major IPTV management panels:

Xtream UI - the industry standard for IPTV management, channel organization, EPG, and user management
Xtream Codes (legacy) - still widely used, fully supported on our infrastructure
StreamCreed - modern alternative with advanced features
XUI.ONE - lightweight panel with reseller support
Stalker Portal / Ministra TV - middleware for MAG/STB devices

Panel Server Requirements & Our Plans

IPTV panels have specific requirements that generic hosting often fails to meet:

MySQL/MariaDB: Panels store channel lists, EPG data, and user accounts - needs fast SSD I/O
PHP 7.4+: Most panels run on PHP - our servers come with optimized PHP-FPM configurations
Cron jobs: EPG updates, user expiration checks, stream monitoring - all need reliable cron execution
High connection limits: Each active viewer is an open connection to your panel

Our VPS plans from $19.99/mo handle panels with up to 500 users. Dedicated servers from $89/mo for 2,000+ users.

Managed Panel Installation

Don't want to set up your IPTV panel yourself? Our managed installation service includes:

Full Xtream UI installation and configuration
MySQL optimization for IPTV workloads
PHP-FPM tuning for maximum performance
Firewall setup (iptables/UFW) with panel ports only
SSL certificate installation for your domain
Basic monitoring setup with alerts

$49 one-time setup fee - your panel will be live within 24 hours of ordering.
