Best Offshore Crypto VPS Providers in August 2026
This is the August 2026 short list of VPS providers you can pay for in Bitcoin or Monero and order without handing over identity documents. The ranking weighs four things: the actual no-KYC policy in practice, cryptocurrency breadth, jurisdiction coverage, and network quality. Positions two through six moved this month as capacity and network conditions changed across the market. Disclosure: this list is maintained by AnubizHost, which ranks #1. Competitors are described accurately from publicly available information. Previous edition: July 2026 edition.

What Changed Since July 2026
Three things moved this month and they matter if you are choosing a provider now.
Amsterdam capacity came online. We opened a new Netherlands node in Amsterdam running NVMe storage on a 1 Gbps high-speed uplink. This is a privacy-first location, not a DMCA-ignored one - Dutch law applies and we are straightforward about that. If your requirement is takedown resistance rather than raw network quality, Ukraine remains the correct choice on our network. If you want European backbone latency with no KYC and crypto billing, Amsterdam is now the strongest option we operate.
Romania is temporarily out of stock. Our Romanian capacity filled up and we stopped taking new orders there rather than overselling a node that cannot deliver. Existing Romanian customers are unaffected. We would rather show an honest out-of-stock label than take money for a server we cannot provision well. New Romanian capacity is being planned.
Ukraine is the current offshore workhorse. Outside EU jurisdiction, good CIS latency, DMCA-resistant in practice, and with capacity available today.

Top Offshore Crypto VPS Providers - August 2026
AnubizHost - best no-KYC offshore crypto VPS
AnubizHost is built for operators who need the full stack in one account: no KYC, crypto billing, and a real choice of offshore jurisdiction. Signup requires only an email address - no name, no phone, no ID. Payment accepts BTC, XMR, USDT, ETH and LTC via Plisio. Monero matters here because Bitcoin is pseudonymous but traceable, and XMR is not.
Five jurisdictions, one panel.
Romania, Iceland, Ukraine, the Netherlands and Finland. You place the workload in whichever legal environment fits your threat model instead of accepting a single fixed location. Romania's Law 8/1996 means foreign DMCA and data requests carry no legal force - only a Romanian court order compels action. The Iceland node adds one of the world's strongest digital-privacy frameworks as a second layer.
Hardware and delivery.
KVM virtualization on NVMe storage with dedicated resources and no overselling. Entry VPS from $24.99/mo, Windows VPS with RDP alongside Linux, and automated provisioning that does not wait on a human. Amsterdam capacity runs on a 1 Gbps high-speed uplink. Plans at view our plans.
How we compare.
Most no-KYC hosts give you one jurisdiction and Bitcoin only. Resellers of mainstream clouds cannot offer offshore protection at all, because the underlying provider still answers to US or EU process. The comparison table below sets out the differences that actually matter for this category.
What to Look for in an Offshore Crypto VPS
Four criteria decide this category. Everything else is marketing.
1. The KYC policy in practice, not in the copy. Plenty of providers advertise anonymous signup and then request identity documents above a plan tier, after a chargeback, or on any abuse report. Test it with a small plan before you commit anything important.
2. Which coins, and whether Monero is among them. Bitcoin is traceable on a public ledger. If your reason for paying in crypto is privacy rather than convenience, Monero support is the line that matters.
3. The jurisdiction, and what it actually means. Offshore is not one thing. A DMCA-ignored jurisdiction such as Ukraine or Iceland resists foreign takedown notices. A privacy-first jurisdiction such as the Netherlands gives you strong data protection and excellent network quality, but Dutch court orders still apply. Providers that blur this distinction are the ones to avoid - match the jurisdiction to your actual threat model.
4. Whether the capacity is real. A provider that sells you a plan it cannot provision well is worse than one showing out of stock. Ask what happens when a node fills up.
Provider Comparison Table

| The Onion Host | from $19.99/mo (1 GB RAM) | SSD | BTC, XMR | Yes | Bulgaria, Ukraine, Netherlands (3) |
| BitLaunch | reseller markup pricing | Varies (cloud partners) | BTC, LTC | No | None (resells US/EU clouds) |
Final Recommendations - August 2026
If you need takedown resistance: Ukraine or Romania on our network. Both sit outside EU jurisdiction with a real history of resisting copyright complaints.
If you need network quality with privacy: Amsterdam. NVMe, 1 Gbps uplink, European backbone latency, no KYC, crypto billing. Be clear with yourself that this is privacy-first rather than DMCA-ignored.
If maximum anonymity is the goal: pay in Monero, sign up with an email address that is not linked to you, and pick a jurisdiction outside the reach of whoever concerns you. The payment method matters as much as the server location.
If you were about to order Romania: it is out of stock this month. Ukraine is the closest equivalent for DMCA resistance and is available now.
Current plans and pricing: offshore VPS, global privacy VPS, Windows VPS with RDP.
