Как работает P2Pool
P2Pool запускает sidechain рядом с Monero mainnet. Майнеры submit shares в sidechain, который mined на higher difficulty. Когда P2Pool block найден - rewards распределяются PPLNS.
Что нужно
monerod (full archival, не pruned), p2pool daemon, low-latency сеть, NVMe.
Mini vs main
Main (higher difficulty, larger payouts) и mini (lower difficulty, more frequent). Small miners - mini.

Share submission latency имеет значение. 1 Гбит/с с sub-30мс RTT.
