MediaMTX (formerly rtsp-simple-server) is the simplest way to run RTSP on Romania VPS. Install: download binary from GitHub releases, run. MediaMTX accepts RTSP from IP cameras, can re-publish to RTMP/HLS/WebRTC simultaneously, requires no configuration beyond port 8554 open. For camera relay use: configure source cameras to push RTSP to your VPS, MediaMTX re-serves to multiple viewers. VPS I handles 10-20 simultaneous RTSP streams without transcoding.
