Cluster Provisioning and Configuration
We provision Kubernetes clusters tailored to your workload requirements — control plane sizing, worker node specifications, networking plugin selection, storage class configuration, and ingress controller setup. Clusters are deployed with high availability by default: multi-master control planes, etcd backups every 30 minutes, and worker nodes spread across failure domains.
Every cluster ships with a production-ready baseline including RBAC policies, network policies, pod security standards, resource quotas, and limit ranges. We configure namespaces per team or environment and set up service accounts with least-privilege access for CI/CD systems.
Upgrades and Patch Management
Kubernetes releases new versions quarterly, and falling behind creates security risks and compatibility issues. We manage the entire upgrade lifecycle — testing new versions against your workloads in staging, performing rolling upgrades with zero downtime, and validating cluster health post-upgrade. Node OS patches follow the same disciplined process.
We track the Kubernetes deprecation timeline and proactively migrate your workloads away from deprecated APIs, storage drivers, and networking features before they break. You never wake up to a failed deployment because a beta API was removed in a minor release.
Monitoring and Observability
Every managed cluster includes a full observability stack — Prometheus for metrics collection, Grafana for dashboards, Loki for log aggregation, and Alertmanager for intelligent alerting. We monitor cluster health, node resources, pod restart rates, network latency, and storage utilization out of the box.
Custom dashboards track your application-specific metrics alongside infrastructure metrics. When a pod keeps crashing, you see the correlation with node memory pressure or disk I/O saturation in the same view. Our on-call team receives cluster alerts and triages infrastructure issues before they cascade to application failures.
