Stable Diffusion GPU Hosting in Russia
Russian Stable Diffusion artists face two infrastructure realities: most US-hosted SD platforms IP-block CIS traffic, and the ones that do not require credit card or phone verification that excludes a lot of users. A local-jurisdiction GPU VPS solves both. AnubizHost runs RTX 3090 24GB and RTX A4000 16GB GPU nodes in our Russia location with sub-15ms latency to Moscow, crypto payment only, and no identity verification at signup.

GPU SKU Available in Russia
RTX 3090 24GB (10496 CUDA cores, 936 GB/s memory bandwidth) and RTX A4000 16GB (6144 CUDA cores, ECC) are our two Russia GPU SKUs. The 3090 is the high-throughput pick for SDXL and Flux work. The A4000 16GB is the affordable entry for SD 1.5 + SDXL workflows that do not need the full 24GB.
We do not currently have RTX 4090 stock in Russia (limited supplier inventory). If you need 4090 specifically, the Romania or Netherlands GPU plans are the better fit - those locations also accept crypto with no KYC and have similar latency to CIS via European peering.
Host platform: AMD EPYC Milan with 8 dedicated vCPU, 32GB DDR4 ECC RAM, 500GB NVMe storage, 1Gbps unmetered. Direct PCIe passthrough, no vGPU partitioning.
VRAM Decision Matrix
If you only generate SD 1.5 LoRAs and base outputs at 512-768 resolution, the A4000 16GB at $179/mo is more than enough. SD 1.5 with ControlNet and ADetailer comfortably fits in 8GB; 16GB is double headroom.
If you work in SDXL at 1024+, with ControlNet plus refiner plus regional prompter, you want 24GB. The 3090 24GB at $209/mo handles SDXL plus Flux.1-schnell (4-step) workloads. Full Flux.1-dev requires either gradient offload or the 4090 - we route those workloads to Romania.
For Dreambooth full fine-tune of SDXL, 24GB is the floor and you will use gradient checkpointing. LoRA training fits in 16GB with rank 32 and batch 1.
Latency for CIS Audience
Moscow round-trip: 12-18ms. St Petersburg: 8-12ms. Kazan: 25-30ms. Novosibirsk: 60-80ms. Almaty: 90-110ms. For an artist running ComfyUI behind a TLS reverse proxy and serving to a CIS-language Telegram channel, this latency is invisible.
Cross-border to EU: 30-40ms to Frankfurt, 25-35ms to Helsinki. If you serve a mixed CIS-plus-EU audience and lean more CIS, Russia is the right choice. If you lean EU, Netherlands is more appropriate.
Payment, Identity, Sanctions Reality
Crypto only for Russia GPU plans: BTC, XMR, LN, USDT (TRC20). We do not accept fiat for this location. We do not require ID, phone, or any identity document. The signup flow is email plus crypto payment.
Sanctions reality: we do not advertise our service as a way to bypass sanctions. We provide neutral hosting infrastructure to CIS-region artists and developers who are otherwise excluded from US-centric AI platforms by IP geoblocking or KYC walls. We do not provide US-sanctioned-list entities with service.
Order Flow
Pay XMR or BTC from a wallet of your choice, server provisions in 15-20 minutes. ComfyUI or A1111 image, pre-installed, ready to generate. Russian-language documentation available in our RU knowledge base.
