Each step of the customer flow designed for anonymity:

1. Discover us: From any source - search engines, Telegram, forums, word of mouth. Our marketing pages don't fingerprint visitors with invasive trackers. Cloudflare analytics minimal.
2. Sign up: Visit /register from any browser (Tor Browser supported). Provide email only. No phone, no name, no address. Email can be from any provider including disposable services like 33mail or anonaddy aliases.
3. Choose plan: Pick Romania VPS tier. No 'verification' step before checkout.
4. Pay in crypto: BTC, Monero, USDT-TRC20. We don't see your real-world payment source.
5. Provisioning: Automated - no human reviews your order.
6. Receive credentials: SSH keys/password to your email. No phone callback.
7. Use the VPS: We don't inspect content, don't run heuristics on your traffic, don't profile your usage.
8. Support tickets: Submit via panel or Telegram. Response by ticket number, not by name. No video verification.
9. Cancel: From the panel. No retention call. No name verification to leave.

At no step is real-world identity verification triggered. The flow is identity-blind by design, not by accident.

Our signup flow works fully over Tor Browser, including the crypto payment step. Specifics:

• No CAPTCHA on signup over Tor: Many hosts trigger hCaptcha on Tor traffic. We don't on the registration form. (We do on /login to prevent credential stuffing - that's a different threat model.)

• We don't know your real-world identity.
• Our records can't link you to your VPS via account data (only email, which you control).
• We can't expose your identity to third parties via legal process because we don't have it.
• Other customers can't see who's hosting what.

What anonymous VPS doesn't guarantee:

• Network-level anonymity: your traffic to/from the VPS is visible at IP level. If you SSH from your home IP, your home IP is logged briefly in connection metadata. Use Tor or a separate VPN to avoid this.
• Application-level identity protection: if your application leaks identity (sets cookies, uses third-party scripts that fingerprint, calls home to your real-world account), we can't prevent it.
• Legal immunity: doing illegal things with anonymous infrastructure is still illegal. We comply with Romanian court orders. Real anonymity protects you against fishing expeditions, not against actual prosecution for actual crimes.
• Operational security: even with anonymous infrastructure, you can deanonymize yourself by writing posts that mention your real-world details, by paying with non-anonymous crypto sources, by using the VPS to log into accounts that link to your real identity.
