Real-time price feeds from multiple liquidity providers (Cumberland, B2C2, Galaxy, Wintermute, Falcon X), aggregation into a unified quote, distribution to clients via web or API. Settlement engine that books trades, generates wire instructions or on-chain settlement transactions, and reconciles. Lighter than an exchange, but with stringent uptime requirements.

Regulatory
EU OTC desks now generally need CASP registration under MiCA. Hosting choice does not affect that. We host MiCA-registered desks; for unregistered desks targeting EU consumers post-July 2026 grandfathering window, we will not onboard new accounts.
