Why We Do Not Ask for ID
Asking for ID creates a database of identities that can be subpoenaed, breached or leaked. We never want to be the custodian of that data. By accepting only crypto and operating offshore, we sidestep the regulatory requirement to KYC.
What We Do Need
An email (pseudonymous is fine). A crypto payment. That is it. No phone number, no address, no document upload, no selfie.
Limits
We do enforce a small set of hard content rules (no CSAM, no NCII). These are enforced via abuse response, not preemptive ID checks.
